Wheelchair Express Sioux Falls

I just wanted to stop by and compliment Mandy! Mandy was my aunts driver in the afternoon yesterday! She absolutely went above and beyond for us! She returned the wheelchair to the ER (huge relief to me) and even helped me get my aunt all the way into her house and made sure she was safe. She was patient, kind and compassionate and she just doesn't even understand how much it was needed after the day we had! Thank you for being so wonderful Mandy! Also thank you to Wheel Chair Express for being so accommodating!!

I am grateful for the safe ride to the hospital for my mother recently. They came within 15 minutes of me calling and the driver was extremely cautious getting her there. Job well done.

Extremely aggressive drivers. Really hope there’s no one in the truck, that would’ve been super dangerous. Hope you don’t have to use these guys.

The drivers have been great. We have had Mandy several times - she is always so kind and caring to my daughter. She is so helpful. Service is timely and drivers are safe drivers.

I work at a Sanford clinic. Many of our patients use wheelchair express, so I call them quite a bit. There is always a VERY rude man who we dread having to talk to on the phone. He does not care about any of the patients, and he told my co worker that "they don't care about getting patients home, they care about getting them to their appointments". He has told me multiple times that they didn't transport the patient I am asking about, and then when I call back two minutes later and talk to a very nice lady, she tells me that she will send someone on their way to pick them up. He doesn't even look for the patient. Do not use wheelchair express. Edited: They responded to my review. I have nothing wrong with you guys being behind as we were told you were behind today. The reason for the review was because there is no reason for this man to be rude to us on the phone EVERY TIME I call. No matter what time of day or what day it is. He’s rude. You guys have been getting reviews about him being rude and hanging up on people for four years so I don’t know why it’s still this bad…
